Guest guest
Google Partnership for Prescription Assistance or go to www.pparx.orgHope this helps to get help with Concerta.NoraFrom: lori jennings <lozzy3us@...>Subject: ( ) cost of concerta Date: Friday, February 6, 2009, 12:12 PM My son is 19 and has been on concerta for several years. He no longer gets any help with the cost of the medication. Does anyone know of any programs that will help with the cost? I have switched pharmacies and it was almost $30 cheaper. The dr's office had a free trial offer but it was only for 18 mg, my son takes 54 mg. So that is a heads up for anybody else taking the 18 mg, check with your dr for the free trial cards. Guest guest
If you are a single income family, under financial stress or simply can prove somehow that this medication is a burden, it is worth a try to write the pharmaceutical company themselves. Write them a letter explaining you have a prescription (and how much/what it is) your son needs for his condition and are unable to handle the cost and is there a way you can get it at discount. Sometimes they will send coupons for a certain amount of time and I even know of a situation where they sent the medication free for a year. It doesn't hurt to try. Guest guest
Lori,I'm glad the information was helpful. I was in a similar situation with my niece and was looking for the same resource. My niece needed her meds and has no insurance. She is able to get her meds consistently this way.Nora From: lori jennings <lozzy3us (DOT) com>Subject: ( ) cost of concerta Date: Friday, February 6, 2009, 12:12 PM My son is 19 and has been on concerta for several years.
