Guest guest
I will check that out! and I were fighting over doing her homework last night. She said she didn't understand it. It didn't help that she forgot her book. I wound up doing what one mom on here suggested - I wrote " does not understand; please explain this it her" on all the sections that she left blank. The teacher discussed these with but told her not to wait until the day of the test to tell her that she didn't understand. said the test was really easy. She got 100% on her quiz from yesterday. She also needs someone to help keep her organized at school, help her get her assignments turned in, etc. If you google "executive dysfunction" you will find more information on these kinds of problems which are very real and very present for kids with AS/HFA.
