Book Recommendations on Modifications for Reading, Writing, Math & Social Studies in Middle School

Hi All,

I have been using Dean Mooney books, but would like some recommendations on other books that discuss specific modifications for reading, writing, math, social studies etc. in a regular education classroom in middle school for a child with Aspergers, NLD and attention issues (along with other issues).
