Help! My son has asperger's with adhd and I need some advice on how to handle

I don't know how to handle my son, and there aren't any support groups

around where I live. I cannot get him to listen to anything we say, he

is constantly whining, and just plain hard to control. I just don't

know what to do anymore. We see a therapist every 2 weeks, and he is

on medication. He is on concerta and zoloft. If anyone has any

suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated, and if you need more info
