My oldest son, Ian age almost 9, was diagnosed with AS late in 2007. We are currently doing medication trials to see which one will help. He is a great kid and very smart, but has issues with his social skills, short term memory, and also focusing. His teacher is great with him, his speech therapist is so-so, but his behavioral therapist is great! Ian is currently in 3rd grade and doing great for the most part. His reading/writing classes are a bit low on the grades but other than that he is a straight A kid.Just thought I'd drop a line and say hi!,Mom to Kihrsten,Ian,Kaitlynn, and Wes!
