Guest guest Posted April 8, 2009 Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 Forward - Sharing: McGill Early Intervention Survey ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Parents, We would like to request your participation in a National study of Early Intervention for children with developmental delays. The purpose of this questionnaire is to survey parents of children with developmental delays from across Canada to determine what they believe to be the critical success factors and current gaps in service delivery. Responses will be used to make cross province/territory comparisons in an effort to facilitate a national paradigm shift toward effective Early Intervention (EI) across Canada. Parents are being asked complete a brief questionnaire used to assess their experiences with EI, coping strategies, and perceptions of family-centered care in their respective province.
