Hi Patty, there was no judge involved in this case because we were all in agreement about my husband & I getting full custody of & that his mom & his dad can have him alternating weekends so they just had us all sign papers & the court appointed person was a witness. His mom is in counseling ..so she says & does go to a Psych for her meds. I think she needs intense therapy,but that probably wouldn't help her either. She willing gave to me & so did his dad.
