Strange Behavior at School!

My ds is diagnosed with Asperger's; ADHD; and PTSD. He was adopted at 10 years

old from foster care. He will be turning 12 next month.

My son is at the end of the 6th grade. I just went to his open house. Where my

younger children had their desk cleaned and lots of things on the walls to show

me...my son's desk was a mess (mind you he cannot keep texts in his desk due to

his destructive and his distractable nature); he had nothing on the wall; and

nothing on his desk to show me. He completed nothing!

In fact, here it is mother's day...and not homemade mother's day card or gift

from school. I'm totally confused by this.

Anyways, at Open House his homeroom teacher told me that my son is spitting on

everything--floor, desk, books, etc. He also lied to a teacher and said he was

going to another teacher's class and was found hiding in the bathroom. ???

Is this Asperger's? or is this a foster kid thing? or both? Does anyone have

any experiences with his or her children behaving similar?

Another thing is that my son was exited about open house! What was he exited

about...there was nothing for him to show me.
