?! need help with skin picking

My 6 year old picks his legs and pretty much always looks like he has chicken

pox. Any suggestions to help him? I think his sensory need is with his

fingers. He chewed his finger when he was a baby (until raw), then bit his

nails (until raw) and now chews gum whenever away but picks his legs. I'd love

any suggestions you all might have!
