On a sensory issues group, we've had this discussion too. There was

debate about newborn jaundice relating to sensory issues. The common

things I thought most moms posted about were birth trauma and

maternal toxin/heavy metal or in utero mercury exposure.

There is so much debate about mercury in our kid's vax's, I know, and

I do NOT want to open that can of worms, so let's not go there,

folks, but to answer your questions: the common thread I keep

hearing about and the media ignores and most moms go " hmmmmm. " is the

MOM's toxin load or exposure.

Most of the other mom's I've ever discussed this with or posted on a

sensory issue site with, or any other site, had at least one prior

miscarriage AND are A neg blood type and therefore while pregnant

with AS dx'd child had a Rhogam booster, AND/or a flu shot, AND/or

have dental amalgams, AND/or some kind of toxic exposure (we had new

carpet and paint and exterminator spraying inside the house in my

first trimester, and wallpaper chemically removed and more paint in

2nd trimester and MORE paint in last trimester and my house is 200

yrs old - you know there is lead somewhere!) Maybe the mom and baby

are toxically overloaded and that contributes to some birth

complications (or not if lucky) and then the vax's or viruses, or

drug side effects (like antibiotics etc) or a food sensitivity or

something is the straw that breaks the camel's back, so to speak.

We all just want the best for our kids to be successful now and as

they grow up. I doubt that the anonymous " they " or even we, will ever

know. Autism, like any other life time issue, is big business, baby.
