Guest guest
I have just read so many families stories on how these immu has affected their children, in a negative way. I know all of this is suppossed to help him but it can be harmful too. I just dont think their little systems can handle three shots in one day. I think McCarthy has brought up lots of good questions about this subject. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it. & nbsp;<img src=" http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/tsmileys2/09.gif' alt='' class='ipsImage' >"> From: Vickie Boehnlein <baneline1@...> Sent: Monday, May 18, 2009 4:13:20 PMSubject: ( ) Re: wondering on everyones experience? The CDC recommends the 2nd dose of MMR and the 5th dose of DTAP be given between the ages of 4 and 6 years old. Sometimes the school will require that they all be given by the start of kindergarden (or else you have to do the waiver thing). It is not uncommon for pediatricians to go with a schedule that is not exactly the same as the CDC. So I don't think it really matters if you do it this year or the next if he is not going to school. I just went with what the doctor recommended. I am curious, why are you concerned?Vickie>> > Hi all,> > > Its been awhile since I have posted anything. Thanks in advance for all your input. > > My 4yr son is up for his immunizations. I have been told that the additives have been taken out. He is up for MMR, Dtap, and I cant remember which right now. But I dont want him to have the 3 in one(like Pedarix). I was just wondering what you all have done in the past with your children. When you ask the nurse or doctor any questions, they just give you a standard answer. He wont be starting kindergarte n so that shouldnt be an issue.> > Has anyone delayed these and had their child on a catch up schedule?> Please share, thanks and God Bless.> > & nbsp;>
