Why do you care--you are in Ohio. Everybody in Texas gets this

documentation, so it is not an issue here. I am not saying Texas is not

following federal laws--you are. I think you are misunderstanding what I am

saying.

I care because this is my list and I like having facts used. I didn't misunderstand what you said because you said it several times. You did sayTexas did not provide services based on need but on classification. It wasn't that complicated to follow.
