The medications he might be on now. And just a general history background on your son. I always forgot when my son started walking and talking. And, any other things that he might have done early or late....for ex. potty training, etc. That's all I can think of ... I plan on taking my notebook of quirky things I have noticed him doing(we are still waiting on an asp dx) and hoping for the best from her.
