Hi Everyone, Does anyone think we should form a National Asperger's Association? I wish there was one place where I could get information on research, treatment, disability services, housing etc for people with Aspergers. It seems to me that families with children with Downs Syndrome are organized and they know what is out there for their children.Parents with kids with Aspergers seem more scattered. Or, is that just me? My son is 16 and I'm getting more and more anxious for him and us.Can anyone direct me or is this something that needs to be started?Your input is greatly appreciated. I wish there was one place where I could get information on research,

treatment, disability services, housing etc for people with Aspergers.

I think this is very much needed, although I couldn't be the one to do

it! I had an incredible time finding resources for my son. No, it is

not just you--the information is very scattered and each parent has to

start from scratch. It seems all the autism organizations/information

are more geared towards kids with classic autism only.

If there is one out there, I've never heard of it.
