Activity Board or Calendar

My husband and I have heard and read a lot about the usefulness of

having an activity board or visual calendar up for our son, Owen (4.5

years old). He really appreciates knowing what's coming each day, and

having something in his room or on the refrigerator that he can refer

to and understand might be a big help. Does anyone have any suggestions

for what we should look for and where we can get it?
