The meeting lasted three hours and was attended by my husband, son, myself, and the home based counselor as well as the dr. My son was diagnosed with AS, bipolar, and adhd. He will be starting on depakote tomorrow. Hopefully within a few months my son will be able to function in public. I am excited at that possibility but also worried that nothing will change for him. If he is able to start functioning better we are going to throw a congratulations party for him (with just the three of us).
