Guest guest
Could someone explain the difference between: Autism HFA PDD-NOS aspergers what is that one thing, that is so different, that Kids under the autistic spectrum get one of these titles, but all are still under the autism label? are there any others? < autism, aspergers, HFA, PDD-NOS > what? Now I was told the difference between Autism and aspergers is that one didn't have language when younger. and aspergers is a high functioning form of autism. but, isn't that what HFA is? a High Function Autism. So whats the difference between HFA AND aspergers? and PDD-NOS does that mean it's " some " of all? I know its on the autism spectrum, High function, the opposite end of the " classic autism " . so, what's the difference. does any one mean that they are closer to the border line of N.T.? is there such a question? (which one) I thought aspergers was so high function that its closer to the border line of N.T. but lack the social skills, life skills, while they have a high IQ? If you know for sure of the difference between all, (and its not your opinion), please post them. Rose
