Guest guest
For those that read my previous message. i have been getting strong pains in my right knee during the night. I went up to 3.7 for 2 days, which seemed to have resolved the problem. However i decided to go back down to 3mg last night, as i was feeling quite stiff. Throughout the night i have been feeling sharp shooting pains around my right knee and right hamstrings, and glutes. Waking up this morning i had to hold on to the side of the wall going to the bathroom, i have never hd to do this before, and i am really scared now. Has anyone experienced this before? any recommendations? I have progressive MS, so i dont think its a relapse as a i dont get relapses ever? i have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I had extra stiffness on LDN for 3 solid months and then the extra stiffness faded away. I started at 4.5mg and tuffed the extra stiffness out. I guess I handle pain better than others because I have never known life without spasticity and pain, I was born spastic from head to toe. Some do find the extra stiffness from LDN will fade away after 3 to 6 months. Alpha-Lipoic Acid by Metabolic Maintenance 300mg is a quality professional ALA, Dr. Burt Berkson recommends this brand, he says there are many poor producers of ALA. The ALA will help detox your liver and you maybe able to tolerate LDN better, worth a try. http://www.metobolicmaintenance.com
