Guest guest
If you need to move to a lower dose of LDN, you might not respond well to the DLPA since it enhances the LDN’s effects. I’m no expert, and I’d like to hear from others about this, but here’s my own experience - I tried 4.5 mg of LDN (I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), an immune system disorder), but my symptoms all got worse at the higher dose. After 10 days of worse symptoms, I went back to the 3 mg and do well at this lower dose. I’ve now tried DLPA twice, and both times I felt terrible that day. CFS naturally has lots of unpredictable ups and downs, so this might be a coincidence, but it seems logical to me that if I can’t handle a higher dose of LDN, then the DLPA might have that same negative effect for me. I will probably try it once again, when I’m feeling good (I’ve been sick lately). Anyone else get worse with DLPA supplementation? Guest guest
Thank you for the input! I guess I hadn't thought about it like that. I had just had someone write to me that it might help with the depression that I suffered on the higher dosage. But maybe I should just try the lower dosage and see what happens. I did start taking Magnesium, as someone recommended that... thanks again!! > > If you need to move to a lower dose of LDN, you might not respond well to > the DLPA since it enhances the LDN¹s effects. > > I¹m no expert, and I¹d like to hear from others about this, but here¹s my > own experience - > > I tried 4.5 mg of LDN (I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), an immune > system disorder), but my symptoms all got worse at the higher dose. Guest guest
Hi Sue, There have been some people that have reported that it either did not help, or they did not do well on it.
