Guest guest
Hi Joyce, I was saying the same thing a few days ago. I also think the “bad reactions” to LDN are herx reactions. I’m going through this myself now with RA and after a couple of great months on LDN, have been getting flares off and on for the last 3 months. I’m researching antibiotic protocols to go along with the LDN. Thanks for the great lab info! If you search on “my theory about RA” you will find my post about the herx reactions on LDN. I’ll send you a copy privately. I think we are on the same page! These flares may be associated to Jarisch Herxheimer-like reactions, where the LDN is killing of the Lyme, Bartonella, or other bacteria and there is a toxin overload, thus producing a 'herx' effect. So it may be that people are not having a 'negative side effect' of LDN. I'll write more on this in a different Message.).
