Guest guest
To all, Last month the topic of LDN (low dose naltrexone) for treatment of MS came up within the MSVETS group. At that time, I did some research and decided to go on LDN for my PPMS. I had previously been on Avonex, Rebif, Copaxone...that failed to stop progression and made me sicker than the MS did. I had relief of some symptoms on day 1 and have been pleased with the results. My neck and shoulder were paralized but after the first dose, it subsided as did the MS hug.. I also could not be on my feet for longer than 10 minutes but just one day later, I walked Walmart Supercenter. Its not perfect but I'm better than I was and I must admit that I have not gone beyond the improvements of the first day, but its only been a month so I'm still hopefull. Here is the link to the trial http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00568555? term=ldn+for+Gulf+war+illness & cond=%22Occupational+Diseases%22 & rank=
