Vitamin B 12 Effective dosing

I read from Dr. Sears that Vit B12 can be taking as a spray. For

1200mg, 6 sprays, 3 in the morning, and 3 in the evening. The spray is

more effective than a capsule because the mist is absorbed by the

mucosa membrane lining the mouth. They spray according to Dr. Sears

can be effective in releaving Vitamin B 12 deficiency. This gave me

the idea that liquid LDN could be taking in a spray. Although, the mg

of each spray would half to be known. Any thoughts on how this would

effect the response to LDN, and the subsequent raising of beta

endorphin levels?
