Guest guest
Hi Leonie I just got the book from Amazon and it is an encouraging read. The title is: "Up the Creek with a Paddle", Subheading is "Beat MS and Many Autoimmune Disorders with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)" by Anne Boyle Bradley. is now an activist trying to get trials for LDN started as it helps so many chronically ill people. No one is sure why we get Rheumatoid arthritis in the first place and the idea supporting LDN is that our body fails to make endorphins between 9 pm and 3 am which is when we suffer the most. the NDN puts artificial endorphins into our bodies to raise our levels to the extent that the increased level helps our immune system This is why when we exercise and raise endorphins, we feel much better with our joints becoming freer. How are you Leonie? Ken. leonie cent <leoniecent@...> wrote: Hi Ken, What's the Paddle Book ? ~Leonie Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
