Taking regualr niacine is recommended, but not flush-free for those with MS or other myelin issues. ***** the entire subject came up in a inservice we had at the pharmacy with skip and a band of pharmacy students and some research I had them do. I'm not saying not to take niacin. in fact I would think with a release of histamine niacin would be a pretty kickbutt thing to do. but in the research we did we found that FLUSH FREE NIACIN is not really flush free niacin.
