Guest guest
-, I agree with you totally. However, I suspect some may have opposite body rhythms. Now, whether this is natural or not, who knows??!! I bet the vast majority do best on the night time dosing, but some may have different body rhythms, like I said. I would guess giving LDN a try during the day, if that is the only time that is possible for you, would be better than not trying it at all. Maybe a body rhythm can be changed.? Maybe a severe lack of endorphins can begin to be corrected with day time dosing. After sufficient time has passed to allow the body to get used to these endorphins, a night time schedule could be implemented,,,maybe then it would be easier and more successful. I guess I am thinking out loud too...LOL..but I would say give it a try, you have nothing to loose, and after things are going really well, and you know you can feel a difference and feel you are stable, try to switch to night time. I am sure you will find out real quick whether it will work for you or not. Guest guest
The pituitary's role in TSH production is peak around the 2am time frame so I suspect that all the other processes...FSH, MSH, and the endorphins are also peaking around this time too. Let's fix first paragraph. > Not sure if more than 3 of us with progressive MS tried to switch from nightime LDN to daytime LDN and failed that test, 3 of us were seeing our disease awaken again AFTER we switched from nightime LDN to daytime LDN, one was a former patient of Dr. Bihari's. I was doing great on nightime LDN but had a female issue caused by LDN. I was one of those that swiched to daytime from nightime after being on LDN at night a few years and within 5 days of taking LDN in daytime I was headed back to almost needing my mobility scooter. I was having female trouble caused by LDN and I thought a trial of daytime LDN use might remedy my problem. My MS started to get worse again so I switched back to nightime and found something else to remedy my female problem. Anyone else with chronic progressive, NOT relapsing/remitting but chronic progressive Multiple Sclerosis who got a halt in disease progression on nightime LDN dosing try changing from night time to daytime LDN dosing? If so, what were your results? Better, bad, no change? > The reason I'm more interested in chronic progressive MS'ers is Dr. M. Gironi has found Beta Endorphins to be lower in chronic progressive MS sufferers than those with relapsing/remitting MS. > > >

I now need to go dig around in that area. But on another day, I'm exhausted from my day today.
Guest guest
Since I started LDN (11.30 pm) I wake up some time between 3-4 am almost every night, have a glass of water and fall asleep immediately after. This was not like me before and I think it has to do with endorphin levels. Katerina Recent Activity 35 New MembersVisit Your Group Health Heartburn or Worse What symptoms are most serious?
