Guest guest
There are organ activity times (Chinese medicine)and I think that time is liver time. So if you ate something hard to process (like beef or pork) you may have a tougher time at that time of night. My husband and I sure found that out recently when he kept bringing home beef and pork ( " Got a good deal " ). I got so sluggish that I had to stop and think before I could walk upstairs. Sure enough, my acupuncturist, who had been in Hawaii for a month or more, said my liver meridian was in foul shape (when he came back). Does anyone else out there wake up real warm in the night and then after you urinate, you cool down. I had my mercury taken out 9 years ago and am thinking that I may be still trying to rid it. Saw a urologist and he had no clue.
