Guest guest
No matter where you live in the world, LDN must be taken between the hours of 9PM - 3AM so that will be in the system to do its blockading during the hours of 2am - 4am regardless if you are asleep or not. Do not take LDN twice in a 24 hour peroid. You may have to skip a dose if traveling to another country if it has a drastic difference in time. Guest guest
Doesn't matter where you are, the window is still 9pm Standard time to 3am If you Travel there, you may have to miss a dose to cycle to the new local time, but then it's still, 9pm standard local time to 3am Doesn't matter when you sleep [low dose naltrexone] Moved overseas.. when should I take LDN? Hi, I am new to this board. Since it is true that the human body produces all of its endorphins atnight, regardless of when you sleep, what would happen if you movehalfway around the world (13 hours ahead of Central Standard Time)? How would you take LDN then?I usually sleep from 6am to 2pm because of working at night.
