Guest guest
I have been trying the mms drops along with my ldn usage. I take my ldn at 10 pm each night. I take the mms in the morning and at night an hour before my ldn or two hours afterward. I have found that they work well together. I am also taking essiac - the mms destroys and the essiac heals. The ldn boosts the immune system. It has been a great combination for me. I also added the cal-mag-potassium AEP which seems to get these vital nutrients into the cells better - I no longer need huge doses of magnesium to regulate bowel movements. We eat very healthy and all organic here and I don't need to supplement with minerals unless we are travelling or I can't get seaweed - which is what we eat regularly living by the sea. I fertilize with seaweed as well and grow most of our veg. Just wanted to share alll this. We dosed with one drop of mms as Jim Humble suggested and increased one drop each time. decide to try it. But never stop taking ldn!
