Guest guest
As the subject of this e-mail states I have been on LDN for 6 weeks and 4 nights. I have Ulcerative Colitis and Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of Arthritis). As some of you might know from my previous e-mail I just had a bad flare up last week which I think was caused by the stress of moving my wife out to Colorado with me and driving out to Colorado from Ohio. Now that the move is finished and we have all the boxes sorted I'm starting to feel a lot more relaxed. Also my wife has been really supportive! She has been cooking me some really good meals which taste a lot better then when I cook, so I'm eating more now. I also think being away from my wife was putting a lot of stress on me and now having her out here in Colorado with me is relieving that stress. Starting Saturday I noticed my stomach was starting to feel a little better. Monday it was even better and today I'm feeling really good! Today I didn't go to the bathroom after breakfast and I had lunch 2 hours ago and I still don't feel like I have to go to the bathroom and my stomach doesn't hurt! I really hope I'm going into remission, but I don't want to get my hopes up too soon. For now I'm just glad I'm feeling better and wanted to share it with the group. Thanks,JeffGet in touch in an instant. Get Windows Live Messenger now. Guest guest
Jeff! I am SO HAPPY to hear that you are in much better shape now that the " big move " is over and you are finally reunited with your wife in Colorado! Best wishes in your new endeavor and with improving your health with LDN! I too hope for remission but in the very least I have already accomplished, like you, reduced symptoms! That alone is FANTASTIC! Please keep us posted on your progress! Thanks for the update!
