Guest guest
I've been reading some of the messages on this group talking about "bad dreams" with LDN and feel it might be scaring some people considering taking LDN. I've been taking LDN for 7 weeks now and from my experience I don't have "bad dreams" but I don't watch bad movies or bad television shows before bed either. I think that might be what is causing people to have bad dreams. I spoke with Skip at Skip's Pharmacy before I took LDN and he explained the dreams as "vivid dreams" which I have found to be true. Skip really helped relieve my worries about the so called "bad dreams" with LDN. He recommended anyone starting LDN to watch a funny or non-scary movie or non-scary television show or read a non-scary book before bed and you will most likely have dreams about that movie or show or book which I also found to be true. I watched "Don't Forget the Lyrics" before bed one night on LDN and had dreams of being on the show singing songs with Wayne Brady. I think the dreams just seem more real and I remember them more in the morning, but it could also be that I'm getting a more deep restorative sleep too.JeffPack up or back up–use SkyDrive to transfer files or keep extra copies. Guest guest
When I went from 3 mg up to 4.5 mg I had the weird vivid dreams for 2 weeks but they weren't scarey or nightmares. Mine were weird and funny dreams...After 2 weeks they went away.... Guest guest
On LDN for a few weeks now and NO bad dreams at all. Actually, I've been sleeping like a rock and don't remember having any dreams at all. I'm sure I've had some but nothing remarkable for sure. Guest guest
I would say “vivid” would also describe my dreams in my first few weeks on LDN too. They were actually less scary and dark than they used to be before LDN. I remembered them better and found them somewhat entertaining.
