Why it's important to stay on topic

To all,

I just did some simple math and came up with these stats:

Average number of posting per month over the last 6 months.

1) 1325 postings per month.

2) 334 postings per month.

3) 45 postings per day

I didn't go through them all to calculate the % of the postings that

are "off topic" but it is easy to see there is a real need to stay

on topic.

Here is an excerpt from our groups home page:

When sending a message to this group, please make sure

that it:

Does not contain spam, advertising, or any form of solicitation. Is not likely to be offensive to other members of the group (e.g., does not express aggression toward other members, use offensive language, etc.). Does not contain blatantly off-topic (non-LDN) information or requests. Does not contain information meant for one person. Does not contain large attachments or inclusion of multiple prior messages.

I apologize for this "off topic" posting but felt it important as our

group is growing larger by the day.

PLEASE, do not post

responses to this, it is only meant to be informative. Any comments,

please email me direct at g_gsled@... . Thanks.

All the best, Greg in California

Carolie,

Click on low dose naltrexone/join,

sign in if not already signed in, and change Step 2 Message Delivery

from Individual Email to Web Only. Hey presto! No more emails.
