Hi Aletha,

A great bunch of information being e-mailed direct to me from the low dose naltrexone group, but I would prefer not to have the e-mails direct. What must I do to eliminate direct e-mails and read responses and messages on the website only? I am being overwhelmed with too many e-mails.

Go to low dose naltrexone/join and

sign in if not already. Change Step 2 Message Delivery to Web Only and

then click on Save Changes. All done!!

Hi a,

It might have been me that sent you direct info. I am sorry. I generally send saved e-mails out to those that have questions on certain subjects. I save chats in different categories. I will not send you any more directly.

If however you mean that the e-mails from the whole group is too much, then there is a way to have the e-mails not come to your e-mail address and you can just read them on the web site. Perhaps someone can give you the instructions to do this.
