Guest guest
Hi all, I have been on LDN for 4 months now and I want to share my progress. I have MS for 15 years now, my case is benign and my problems are mild. 3 years ago I started experiencing a decline of vitality, a slight loss of balance when going down the stairs, some stiffness when getting up from a chair and fatigue (especially on the left leg) when walking. I experimented with supplements, started regular exercise and one year ago I went on the BBD. 16 weeks ago I went on LDN (3 mg) and did very well weeks 1 and 2. No sleep disturbancies, just some vivid, not unpleasant dreams. Some heart palpitations for the first two days. Weeks 3 and 4 I had numbness on my legs (old symptom)and increased stiffness. For the moment I got scared. I received support from the group and tried to be patient.Week 5 symptoms gradually disappeared, vitality came back to normal, balance improved. Week 7 I went up to 4.5 mg and stayed there till week 11. Able to walk fast 1 km without getting any tired and without feeling any difference between the two legs. Balance improved even more, almost came back to normal. Experiencing numbness on the legs when walking fast and minimal stiffness when getting up.In this period there have been 2+2 days I felt weak but I had good reasons: the first time it was due to extreme stress and the second it was due to a new supplement I tried. Week 12 experimented again with 3 mg and stayed there. No side effects at all, feel great, vitality stabilized, no stiffness, no fatigue when walking fast, no difference between the two legs. Balance almost back to normal. Colitis almost disappeared. I sleep more than usual, very deeply and without vivid dreams. A strange think is that at night sometimes I wake up in order to drink water and fall asleep immediately after. I never had enough water, no matter how much I tried, and now my organism seems to be asking for it. I feel my old self again and unless I get extremely stressed I forget about MS. I will try again to go up to 4.5 mg and see how it goes. I am grateful to LDN and appreciate the support this group is offering.Hope this experience helps. Best wishes, Katerina
