Guest guest
Some people need balanced EFAs. Imbalance can cause irritability and inflammation. Omega 6 is just as important as 3. My nutritionist recommended Udo's 3, 6, 9 blend (he's a PhD specializing in EFAs). The nutritionist did a muscle response test for the Udo oil, and I can take that one up to 3 times a day. And I already felt a huge difference in my calmness on the first day! I would start slowly - 1 capsule a day, then gradually increase the dosage. If he needs to take 3 capsules, then give one with each meal instead of all at once. http://www.udoerasmus.com/firstscreen.htm On Sun, Nov 23, 2008 at 12:47 PM, <susan8133@...> wrote: > > My son, 12.5 years old, just started on Nordic Naturals Children's DHA, > (250 mg each x 6 capsules)?about 2-3 weeks ago. > > Is it possible these are making him MORE distracted??? > > This week more than EVER, he has gotten one thing out and moved onto the > next thing without putting anything away. Guest guest
This is exactly how my husband has been acting for years, yet he won't accept any help. What can you do with an adult who needs help???? He thinks the supplement thing is a big joke, as well as going GF/CF. ________________________________ From: " susan8133@...
