I *know* this has had to be asked about before but it's like looking in the

proverbial haystack archives.

If you take a probiotic that has dairy would it benefit to take it with an

enzyme, any reasons not to? We do probiotics before bed, just switched to

Renew Life probiotic which has dairy and he does seem to be just a tad bit

more off, but just a little, I was thinking if we threw in an enzyme that

might help. I am really wanting to give renew life a shot because it is so

choc full of probiotics.
