Have been taking an antidepressant for awhile & have been taking ldn

each night for over a month. Have read that ldn should be good for

moods. Want to take the least drugs possible.

Any advice as how to smoothly stop the antidepressants? Should one cut

back gradually?

Thanks for any ideas,

Lorna

Hi Lorna,

Definitely cut back gradually. What kind do you take? If you need help, feel free to email me privately.

Hi Lorna, I was able to go off my Lexapro 20 mg since being on LDN. I had been taking it for over 2 years and I only started LDN in May '07. I started cutting the 20 in half for a few weeks and then the half pill in half for a few weeks. I really never had any trouble weaning off and I attribute this to the LDN. I know it because I tried to get off the Lexapro many times before starting LDN. Another PLUS for our LDN. Just go slow. Good luck to ya !! :)JanetRRMS 1994LDN May '07darcietwo <lnr2@...> wrote: Have been taking an antidepressant for awhile & have been taking ldn each night for over a month.
