Viral rash or yeast?

I started taking OLE last week after having been on Virastop/Candex

for a couple of weeks and I am having vaginal irritation and I cannot

tell if it is a viral 'rash' or yeast that has gotten out of control.

I have increased my yeast protocol by upping my biotin to 30mg 3x per

day (can I go higher than this? Is this already too much?)and added

GSE but these things have little to no effect on the irritation. I

have a cough with wet mucous and green/brown nasal discharge so I know

I am fighting something off. I am not adding anymore VS until I am

through these symptoms but should I add more OLE (I take 1500mg per day)?

Try using a vaginal anti-fungal, see if that helps.

When I first started fighting yeast myself, it migrated around before

coming out, and it created a vaginal yeast issue before it left, so

you might be experiencing that. I took oral anti-fungals [biotin and

GSE] and also used Monistat cream for a few days.

If you suspect it is viral, try taking some lysine 2 hours apart from

the OLE, see if that helps.

I take the Virustop/Candex or Virustop/Candidase combo myself and when

I have the symptoms you describe I take either Candida Clear or Yeast

Aid to fight yeast and support the enzyme activity, but go low/slow

with both.

Good luck.

Thank you for replying. I added more vitamin C (I was only taking

250mg per day) throughout the day and it solved the problem. I will

try lysine in a couple of days. Interestingly this same thing happened

when I tried to add 400 IU of D3 (I currently do not take any.) I am

guessing that D3 boosts my immunity and my body is fighting off some

viruses and the irritation is my viral 'die-off'.
