Guest guest
I recently had food poisoning and was sick for quite a few days. What helped me was Olive Leaf and Oil of Oregano. (especially the Oil of Oregano). It really helped to settle my stomach. Both of these kill bad bacteria as well. She was advised by her doc to stay away from animal protein for a few days and then try eggs but any time she eats even a little protein she gets an upset stomach and feels queasy later. Should she take enzymes to help her digest proteins? If so, which ones? Should she try activated charcoal to see if that would help at this point? Probiotics? Any advice on how to recover fully from this? Thank you,

Any advice on how to recover fully from this? Activated charcoal will help absorb the toxins in her body. Also, OLE or OoO can help kill any bad bacteria.
