food poisoning question

My sister is still recovering recovering from food poisoning after apparently

eating

bad/uncooked shrimp 10 days ago. She was advised by her doc to stay away from

animal

protein for a few days and then try eggs but any time she eats even a little

protein she gets

an upset stomach and feels queasy later. Should she take enzymes to help her

digest

proteins? If so, which ones? Should she try activated charcoal to see if that

would help at this

point? Probiotics? Any advice on how to recover fully from this?
