Guest guest
I give my 7 yr old (weighs 55 lbs) one Phenol Assist or No-Phenol (whichever one is in my house) with anything phenolic like tomatoes and apples. He also takes 2 TriEnza (HNI) enzymes with every meal and they have No-Phenol in them. Guest guest
Did you start out giving this amount or a much smaller amount and work up to this? Guest guest
I worked up to it. Started with only one TriEnza with each meal for about a week or two. Then upped it to two at breakfast, one with lunch, one with dinner for about a week. Then went up to two at dinner for a week, then two at lunch. I also started to give them one with a snack by then too. Have to go slow because it will change bowels and kill off some bacteria/yeast. > > > > Say for a 10 year old 60 lbs. > > eating normal amounts. > > Breakfast > > snack > > Lunch at school > > snack > > Dinner > > snack > > > > Currently have Phenol Assist & Kirkman DPP-IV w/isogest > > Son gets red ears after eating apples w/o enzymes, > > and is on GFCF. > > > > How much and how often? > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
A full dose of TriEnza is two capsules, smaller meals or snacks one will usually do Mandi in UK In a message dated 15/04/2010 15:08:33 GMT Daylight Time, k.ozbo@... writes: Enzymes are given depending on the size of the meal eaten not the size of the child. Guest guest
You need to check the weight and the mass of the body to know the how many enzymes you will need to give. > > > > I worked up to it. Guest guest
You are right Mandi, I stand corrected. At these doses only about $15 US per week. Kenny > > > > I worked up to it.
