Vit. D3 and B12

Does anyone have a source for D3 and B12 that they're really happy using on

their kids?

We just got a genetic test result back that shows both my kids have the MTHFR

flaw/defect, whatever you'd like to call it.

We're going to begin using very low doses 200mcg of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

We'll increase until we're at 400 mcg for both kids.

Anyone that remembers me or knows me for the past 10 years that I've been a part

of this group may be surprised that we're using this particular supplement (lots

of Mom and Dr. hours went into researching this particular supplement).

This particular supplement was used in a very brute force way for several years

by Doctors, and it did not work on everybody and in fact caused severe problems

for many. However, I now have the labs that show I should be using this for my

children.

I don't know how I feel as I know it will increase his dumps of ammonia and it's

such a hard thing to scavenge out of his body.

By way of helping compensate for this particular issue, we need to go to 1000

units of vit. D3 and 1000mcg of B12.

Anyone with a good source or any recommendations, please let me know.

5-methyltetrahydrofolate, who thought we'd be here.....
