were you very sick with morning sickness with your pregnancy? linda rn

vomiting- enzymes, multi or food related?

Hello,

The boys and I are on the second month of enzymes, but I have a bit of

a problem with my multivitamins. I seemed to be allergic to the first

ones I tried and then finally found a new one without added greens

(highly allergic to pollens). This one seems fine, but the first day I

tried it, I had to vomit as soon as I was done eating. I take 2 trienza

before eating, had breakfast and my multi, then strong need to vomit.

This has happened about 4 or 5 times since then and seems to only occur

when I am eating Vans organic blueberry waffles. What can be causing

this? Am I allergic to this multi, too? Is it the enzymes on an empty

stomach? Not sure if it is coincidence about the blueberry waffles, but

it is really strange. The urge to vomit is very strong and usually I

have to run to the restroom and do lose part of my breakfast.

Thanks,

Anani

This sounds like you don't tolerate the Vans waffles. Try taking the

multi without the waffles, do you still have a problem?

I've had this problem with multis. The only kind I can tolerate are chewables.

I seem fine on the days I don't eat those waffles. I have other Van

waffles (mini waffles, or plain organic) or cereal and no problem.

The weird thing is that I had no problems with the blueberry ones

until I started the new multi.
