Thanks so much Dana for that info. My dd actually had the Genova Nutra-eval

testing done and Lysine was her lowest of the amino acids and they have me

giving her 1/2 of a 500mg capsule every day(does that sound right to you?).

Would 500 mg a day be a good dose to get rid of the EPV or would I need to go

higher?

Thanks again for that information!!!!

Re: Proteolytic enzymes

> What is the best Proteolytic enzyme for an adult? My dd is on trienza and is

doing well with that (I think at least! we are on week two and I have my fingers

crossed!). I have inflammation and auto-immune issues and also Epstein-Barr and

was told today that the best enzyme for me to take is a Proteolytic enzyme.

I can't answer your specific question, but lysine will eliminate Epstein Barr

virus.

It sounds like a good starting dose. I started my kids with 250mg per day.

But, my son eventually required 3000mg 3x per day for 8 months. The rest of us

needed a lower dose than that.

Try giving 1/2 capsule 2x per day.

And definitely increase the yeast protocol. Viral die off caused a lot of yeast

here.
