Guest guest
Our problem with it was once the spout and grid were wet, other capsules stuck to it. The angle of the spout was weird also. Every time we tried it for some reason water came out my son's nose. What worked for us with capsules was putting a capsule in my son's mouth, then having him drink from a straw. The trick was to hold the cup at chest level and have him bend his head down so it was perpendicular with the floor, then drink from the straw. The capsule floats to the back of the throat and goes down when you swallow. For tablets we had him take a sip from the regular drinking position, tip his head back, then swallow. In one day he was swallowing everything. Kerrie In a message dated 5/10/2010 12:45:26 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, debgonzalez@... writes: I just wanted to add a thought to your post. I know when we first got the cup, we could not make it work. We just kept " playing " with it, not relying on it to give the supplements for about a week. After a week and a half, he finally got the hang of it. So don't get discouraged out there. It might not even work now but try again in a few months. It eventually is sooo worth it! good luck!
