Hi Michell,

Welcome to the group! First off, I know a lot of the health food stores

have coupons and samples to give out. For me the health food store here

locally has 1 day of the week where they give 15% off so I always try to

shop on that day. I've heard from friends a lot of the health food

stores do that, maybe check into that before buying anything so you get

the discounts.

Also, a lot of the brands out there offer a " just as great " product but

more affordable for families like us. I know Enzymedica offers Digest

Basic they just recently came out with. Only 16.00 bucks roughly with no

discounts.

Also sometimes you can find coupons online at the manufacturer' s

websites. As far as spending each month goes, most likely you'll have to

try a few products out and see what's best for your family. A lot of

companies offer mail outs with product information as well as samples,

at least Enzymedica does.

Hope this helps you and your son out! And also search around on the

messages, there's so much information on here.

we are on a waiting list to see an specialist. He is 2 years old.

However i just read the book Enzymes for autism and other neurological

conditions and after reading it i found out the cost of the enzymes is

probably too high for my budget. Can anyone share any tips on buying

affordable enzymes, like a brand or name? How much do you usually spend

a month on the enzymes supplements?

appreciated.
