Guest guest
My 4 YO son has just done 2 weeks of diflucan which seemed to have calmed him down. There was (and still is) a lot of weird stuff in his stool which I suspect is dead yeast. His recent ABA reports are good also - attentive and compliant again (not seen those words for 2 months) so I guess the Diflucan helped. Will soon take him off diflucan and want to move to natural stuff (for fear of liver and kidney damage). Any suggestions and dosage advice please? I used GSE on him before (5 drops 2X per day) which I think killed not just yeast but also beneficial bacteria, so I don't want to give it to him frequently. I am giving him custom probiotic (2.5 scoop each time) or kirkman's super pro-bio gold (2 capsules each time) two times each day. Anyone has suggestions for probiotics that can keep yeast under check? Threelac is out as my son cannot tolerate it. Many many thanks for your help
