Guest guest
Hi there, I would suggest trying to give him a broad spectrum digestive enzyme to help break down all those foods. Espeically if he's having trouble with milk, cheese, etc. he's probably lactose intolerant. Lacto is a good digestive enzyme that he could start off with. www.enzymestuff.com recommends Lacto when you're really not sure what else to take/give. There's stronger more potent digestive enzymes out there but if it were me I'd start off with something a little more softer but that'll still get the job done, like Lacto. Not only will it specifically help break down foods with lactose (milk, etc) but it'll digest regular foods as well. There's so many out there though, do some research, there's tons of benefits of giving digestive enzymes to our little ones while they eat and drink. Espeically when they're already struggling to digest the foods they're eating. Hope this helps you guys out. He is getting allergy shots 3 (food extract)times a week (Dr. Rapp), and I just started him on the No fenol. I noticed he gets very depressed when he eats corn, and he can't drink juice or eat fruits because his ears gets very red and he starts hitting, biting, etc. I have him on a diet but It's getting very difficult since he can't eat beef, wheat, corn, fruits, milk, cheese, etc. What else would you recommend? >
