Guest guest
The Trying Low Oxalate group is a good resource. It been very helpful here. OLE is low oxalate. GSE is also low oxalate and great for yeast. Vit C creates oxalates. How much are you giving? Guest guest
Vit E is one. New Beginnings has a water soluble E, I think its called AquaE. Grapeseed extract is also good. Id slowly back off the Vit C. We went from 1000 mg to 250 mg. We also do veggies that are high in Vit C, like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. Getting Vit C from a food source isnt an issue, but supplemental Vit C can caue lots of problems. Guest guest
They state that there may be trace amounts because some dairy is used in the culture medium. Its considered non-dairy, but not dairy free. We havent had any problems with it.
