I highly recommend Houston enzymes. Either take a combo of AFP

Peptizyde and Zyme Prime, or try out their new Tri-Enza which also has

a little No-Fenol in it. If you are unsure what to start with, they

have a very knowledgeable customer support staff and are always

willing to help you out.

They make a powder version of many of their products which are just

perfect for adding to juice or foods so that your kid will take them. :-)

we love Houston's broad spectrum TriEnza. it's fruit free (our boy

can't do bromelain) and it also includes No Phenol (in addition to

other things). it's our regular go-to enzyme that we use with all

meals and snacks. we also do some more specific enzmyes on top of

TriEnza. we use several Enzymedica ones - Digest Gold at dinner (a

potent broad spectrum), Lypo at dinner to help with cholesterol/fat

processing and EFA Optimizer at breakfast to help him digest his omega

oil.

at school (he is 3.5) he takes Houston's chewables - the AFP and Zyme

Prime. i was worried he wouldn't like them, but called Houston and

they sent us samples to try out, and he doesn't mind them. Our DAN

wrote a note to school saying he needs the enzymes with lunch and snack.

we have seen good benefit since we have become serious about enzyme

use. he is starting to feel much better.
