Our health food store sells the plain empty capsules. I am sure most others

would too. Try giving a call to the one closest to you.

I've been opening OLE capsules and eating part of the contents then filling them

w GSE drops because I just hate the taste of GSE. Does anyone know if I can buy

plain empty gelatin capsules somewhere?  My kids hate it also but I'm thinking

its a good idea if we start taking it.  We were strict GFCF for 2 yrs and now

are doing very well just using Pancreatin digestive enzymes with the occasional

gluten item and every substantial meal.

But I think yeast is going to creep up on us if we don't get back on a regimen.
